Basic Back Office Solutions Support

includes all the basic services of provisioning and maintaining a customer:

• In conjunction with Precision Telecom Billing Systems, your agents and/or sales reps can enter their orders via an on line portal.

• Or you can choose to have the orders emailed/faxed to us and we will enter the orders ourselves into the billing system.

• We run all the necessary checks to scrub the orders for any discrepancies or issues that could impact the services during or after provisioning.

• Provision and activate all services, be it local, long distance, internet, dedicated, etc through the various providers.

• Set up billing in the systems according to applicable rates for each of the above mentioned services.

• Run all pre-billing checks including spot verifications on invoices to ensure accuracy of the billing.

• Process monthly billing cycles including printing, folding, stuffing and mailing of all invoices.

• Provide customer care services including taking phone calls from your customers (answering phones in your company name) regarding questions about services or invoicing and taking requests to make changes to existing services.

• Handle all trouble reporting including testing, entering tickets with the applicable vendors and providing resolution on various reported issues.



Extended Back Office Solutions Support

includes all the above listed items as well as the following items:

• Receiving, posting and processing customer payments.

• Processing and preparation of Agent/Sales monthly commissions reports.

• Collections – Handling non-payments processes and preparation of collections processes.
